One Month

Caroline turned one month old last Sunday!!! She wanted me to tell everyone Happy Thanksgiving for her.

I looked out the window and caught Tucker sleeping with his head on top of Alex. How precious! They are adjusting well to being outside dogs.

If you ever wanted to know what Caroline looks like when she wakes up in the morning...this is how she looked this morning.

I took this photo last week and sent it to my Uncle Van and Aunt Debra since they bought the musical animal toy that hangs on her crib. Look at all the room she has in her bed. She is still so small. I think she weight between 8.5 and 9 lbs...still smaller than some babies are when they are born.

This is my first attempt at an artistic photo. She'll probably be mad at me for taking this photo in the future.

Hiccups!!!!!

Caroline is starting to coo.

Third Week

Our neighbor across the street made this crochet sleeping bag/pouch. It is much easier than having to deal with the burrito wrap coming undone during her naps.

Who can resist taking a picture of a sleeping baby?

Caroline went to her first squadron function last Friday: our Thanksgiving feast. This is one of the few times Tim has gotten to feed her since I'm just now getting the hang of pumping. What a proud Father!

Uncle Aaron stopped by on his way through last Thursday night and most of Friday. He's a natural at holding newborns. They made a good pair: Uncle Aaron talked and Caroline just sat quietly listening.

My favorite outfit: "Will the Paparazzi ever leave me alone?"

Here is a video clip Tim took of her.

2 Weeks Old!

Caroline turned two weeks old last Thursday. At her doctor's visit they said she is now 7lbs 5oz. Tim and I can tell she is putting on a little fat.
Aren't I such a doll baby?

Last Sunday was our first Sunday at Church as a family. That is the first dress she wore. That is NOT our Christmas tree we are standing in front of; it's our THANKSGIVING TREE!

Daddy taught her a lesson on being a good citizen and voting at the poles. She got a sticker for being good.

Caroline's first Uncle came to visit, Uncle Robb. He taught us a new family activity of Geocaching. You can read about at www.geocaching.com
